US Patent No. 9,901,531 B2; Noxell Corporation, Hunt Valley, MD, has patented a cosmetic composition comprising: at least about 12% thickening polymer having hydrophobic and hydrophilic portions; a nonionic surfactant; a neutralizing agent; a nonionic kosmotrope; water; at least one preservative (selected from the group consisting of benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, and mixtures thereof). The nonionic kosmotrope is propane-1,2,3-triol.
